A 25% deposit is required to hold your date. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event.
Cancel more than 72 hours before your event for a full deposit refund. Within 72 hours, the deposit is non-refundable but fully transferable to a new date.

Each active headset needs approximately a 6×6 ft clear area. We'll confirm your venue works during booking.
